Eintracht Frankfurt vs Hoffenheim
German Bundesliga
Date: Friday, 9th December, 2016
Kick-off: 19:30 UK
Venue: Commerzbank-Arena, Frankfurt.

 Eintracht Frankfurt

Eintracht Frankfurt have won four and drew three of their last seven Bundesliga matches, so their current form is pretty good. Last weekend they were held to a 1-1 draw away against Augsburg, but they still kept the fifth spot on the table. Great thing about Eintracht Frankfurt is that they have a very long bench and no injured or suspended players. They completely transformed their way of playing since last season, and this season they tend to put more pressure on their opponents.

Eintracht Frankfurt are currently one of the best home sides in the Bundesliga. They are still unbeaten at home, recording four wins and two draws. They won in each of their last two home games with 1-0 against Koln and 2-1 against Borussia Dortmund.

Last weekend Branimir Hrgota scored the only goal for Eintracht Frankfurt in the match against Augsburg. He became the eleventh player that scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt this season, so they are very dangerous from everywhere in the line-up.

TSG Hoffenheim

TSG Hoffenheim are having their best start since their Bundesliga promotion in the year 2008. Last weekend they comfortably won with 4-0 against Koln, which was their first win after three straight draws. Striker Sandro Wagner scored twice against Koln and currently he leads the team with seven goals scored so far.

TSG Hoffenheim won six and drew seven of their thirteen games so far, and after Eintracht Frankfurt their last two matches before the winter break are against Borussia Dortmund and Werder Bremen.

TSG Hoffenheim drew in four of their six away matches this season, and their only two away wins came against Ingolstadt and Bayer Leverkusen. Their latest two away games against Bayern Munich and Borussia Monchengladbach ended in identical 1-1 draws.

Attacking midfielder Kerem Demirbay is recovering from an injury and is not available for selection. He has been a valuable player for TSG Hoffenheim this season, scoring three goals and providing three goal assists in nine league appearances.
