This may not be exactly one for the neutrals but it is an important game in the bottom half between two sides that could really do with three points. Espanyol boss David Gallego begins to come under real pressure and a loss here could even mean the end of the short term of the inexperienced boss. Valladolid boss Sergio will not be losing his job if he loses it, but will start to feel the tension of a long wait for a second win of the season.
Espanyol made a good point in Vigo on Thursday night, but they would still have left feeling like they had lost the game. 95th minute equalizer from Santi Mina denied them the three points and we have to wonder just how important that might be the end. In the short term, it prevented Espanyol to climb out of the relegation zone, something they will be hungry to correct here.
Were the Catalans jumped above their opponents to win this game. Real Valladolid took only 3 points from 5 games since winning his first match on the opening weekend at Real Betis. They were disturbing held at home by two of the sides promoted during this spell and it's another game where they could be a potential ALLOCATION three points.
Espanyol will certainly have a similar idea and it has the feeling of a six pointer, even at this early stage of the campaign. Guests were moved midweek things with some changes and they should turn back to a stronger starting line here as they target their first home points of the campaign. Valladolid should remind Michel and Pedro Porro, but big changes are unlikely one.

The men of David Gallego are back there since the statistics of the house going. However, it should be mentioned that the hosts were well faring against this enemy in their previous head to head matchups here.
The local team has not admitted defeat in their last six games running, three of which have seen their appearance victoriously.
