Chelsea have been handed an injury blow as fresh as Fikayo Tomori ruled out with a hip injury, while Olivier Giroud will also be sidelined along with long-term absentee Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Lampard has been handed a huge boost though, as Antonio Rudiger fully fit and ready to return on Tuesday night.
There will be changes to the side that humbled at Everton last week's start of the defense where Rudiger is set to partner Kurt Zouma ahead of Andreas Christensen, who had a poor outing at Goodison Park. Reece James and Cesar Azpilicueta must once again start as a full-back, while Kepa Arrizabalaga is the undisputed choice in goal.
Jorginho has been on the bench in the last two games, but had to make a return to the starting XI for the crucial match against Lille. Italy international had to come into the side at the expense of Mason Mountain, with N'golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic, who found the back of the net against Everton, tend to hold onto their spot.
There may not be any changes made to the trident attack by Lampard, which means Willian and Christian Pulisic will start on the flanks, with Tammy Abraham formed the focal point of the front line of Chelsea.

Lille
Lille will be without the services of striker Timothy Weah, while Reinildo and Adama Soumaoro doubt for the game. Given that his team had been knocked out of the competition, Galtier may look to rotate his troops on Tuesday night, though he has vowed to field a strong side against Chelsea.
Mike Maignan had to hold in place between the sticks for the visitors. Jeremy Pied chances of getting a rare start ahead Zeki Celik at right back, but Domagoj Bradaric should start on the opposite side. Jose Fonte could make way for Tiago Magalhaes Djalo as Gabriel partner 'in the heart of the Lille defense.
Xeka and Andre Benjamin started as two central midfielders to Lille in the last game. But the former could drop out onto the bench, making way for Boubakary Soumare 20 years.
Renato Sanches has started the last two matches Lille and may be given a breather on Tuesday night, along with Jonathan Bamba, who had played the full ninety minutes of the last two games. This could open up a place for Yusuf Yazici and Luis Araujo at the sides, with Jonathan Ikone slotting as an attacking midfielder.
In the form goalscorer Victor Osimhen must continue to lead the line for the visitors, with former Chelsea player Loic Remy likely the feature from the bench on his return to Stamford Bridge.

Prediction
Shape Chelsea of late has been shaky to say the least, but they should have too much to the side Lille blown hot and cold in Europe, only Galatasaray (two) scored fewer than the French side (three) this season with only one of those strikes came on the road.
