Cameroon: Yaya Banana and Stephane Bahoken scored in the win for Cameroon, but more impressive, the team only allowed one shot on goal. They will try to build it against the Ghana team with several powerful attackers who are not afraid to shoot from distance. Cameroon will enter as favorites but they must be sharp in defense.
Ghana: They really are their worst enemy in the opening match. A little sloppy play saw them go down two minutes, and then after struggling again to lead 2-1 through Andre Ayew and Jordan Ayew, John Boye received a red card, and they could not survive to win. Ghana showed too much patience in attack and only had three shots on goal, but fortunately for them they made two of them. In the second half, they did nothing.

Cameroon carried out their Africa Cup campaign with a 2-0 win over Guinea Bissau.
Ghana, on the other hand, were lucky to get points against Benin after playing 36 minutes in the second half with 10 players as center-back John Boye was sent off.
Ghana have won three, drawn two and lost two of eight meetings with Cameroon. But the Indomitable Lions victory came in the African Cup semi-final, 1-0 in 2008 and 2-0 in 2017.
