Ezequiel Garay is the latest serious injury concern for Marcelino, with the Argentine pulling his hamstring on Thursday.
Rodrigo and Francis Coquelin were also brought off againt Barcelona due to injury issues and are therefore doubts.
Santi Mina is fresh and should start up top, with Goncalo Guedes and Carlos Soler deployed from the off out wide.
Levante
Chema and Jose Campana both return from suspensions for the away side and will be immediately called upon.
Jefferson Lerma is struggling with a muscle problem, so Jose Campana will step into midfield.
Chema will slot back in at centre-back, with Emmanuel Boateng expected to lead the line after scoring against Real Madrid.
