Luxembourg lost two close games to Bulgaria and Sweden to open the tournament. It could have gone either way or might ended in at least a draw, but the breaks did not go to head coach Luc Holtz's side.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands are trying to find more consistency in their game as they came up with a draw, a win, and a loss in their first three games in the qualifiers.
Holland is coming off a sorry 0-1 defeat in the hands of tournament-favorite France right at their home field of Amsterdam Arena in Amsterdam also on Oct. 10, The Guardian reported.
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba netted the lone goal of the match in the 30th minute. Both teams were unable to score after that as head coach Danny Blind's squad was shut out, handing them their second winless performance of the tournament.
The Netherlands are expected to bounce back from that setback in this game versus lowly Luxembourg.
